Fully agreed. This case is no more a school disapline issue, and the parent of the boy who had been bullied should press for a criminal case and put all boy involved to be arrested and investigating according to our criminal laws.

The boy kick the younger student should be sacked for showing gangsterism behaviour. It looks hefty kick that made the boy to be thrown a distant. Very strict punishment will refrain students to act such manner.
