A voice actor says she hasn't used her "real voice" for 17 years - except when she's with her closest family and friends.

Tawny Platis, 33, usually speaks in a slightly lower tone than her own "childlike" higher pitched voice saying that "tween boys" are the most fun to play. Tawny was encouraged to start acting as a child because she was "scared of people". She discovered a love for the job and did her first voiceover for a local radio station when she was just six years old.
