WOMAN BOUGHT FAKE BRANDED BAG ‘CAUSE CAN’T AFFORD REAL ONE, SCARED OTHERS JUDGE HER
I am not from a rich family. I am also the sole breadwinner of the family. My husband is unemployed and not looking for a job.. he only know how to play games, watch tv and sleep… we have a daughter so a big part of my salary goes to her education and enrichments classes.
I turned 35 last week. During dinner, My long time friend told me that i need to start to love myself more. She said that i have been working too hard all these years and it is time to reward myself with a luxury item. This made me remember the Marc Jacobs tote i have been eyeing on for a long time. Sad to say, at the age of 35, i have yet to own anything that cost more than $200. The last thing i bought was a Sony digital camera when i was 17.
I love the bag. But i really cannot afford to spend $350 on it. I know many of you here will laugh at me… come on it is just Marc Jacobs. It is already considered a low end luxury brand… some of you can just pop by the boutiques to grab an Chanel, LV or Hermes without much consideration and hesitation. But not me…
I found some fakes on Taobao. They looked like the authentic ones, of course quality may not be as good…. I know many of you will judge me… but i felt that buying fakes at a fraction of the price makes me less guilty? I mean i like the design of the bag, not the brand of the bag… i guess it shouldn’t matter as long as i like it?
Yet i am still very worried about how others will look at me… sigh.
Is it a sad thing for a 35 year lady to have no branded items at all?

Yr husband not working, why?? He is handicapped ? Shame on him. And u r not upset he has no job? Does he at least keep house clean and teaching yr girl? Unless he is a househusband, then let it be.

At 35 yrs, u can think whether u Ned d bag or just brush it off. Nothing to be shame of not having a branded bag. Follow yr heart. If u want d real branded stuff, get it by all means, be happy and enjoy d purchase. Reward yrself, if u may. Life is short, enjoy things or yr self once a while.
