I’m 25 years old. I always had an active lifestyle, so I was never overweight. But this all changed when I got into my first serious relationship.

At first, I was really happy that I had finally found someone to share my life with. We had been together for a few months and things were going really well. We would go out for dinner and spend time together, so I never really had time to exercise.

Unfortunately, this all changed after we got attached. I started to put on a lot of weight, and before I knew it, I had gained close to 20kg. This didn’t bother me too much, I was still happy and in love. But my boyfriend was a different story.

He started to act differently around me and didn’t want to touch me anymore. He would make jokes about my weight, and he made me feel like I wasn’t good enough for him anymore. I tried to talk to him about it, but he wouldn’t listen.

I was devastated and I couldn’t understand why he was treating me like this. I was the same person he fell in love with, and I was still the same person inside. But now, he was acting like I was a completely different person.

I tried my best to get him to see that I was still the same person, but nothing worked. He was determined to make me feel like I was too fat for him. I was so hurt and embarrassed that I started to hide away from him.

I stopped going out with him and started to stay home more. I stopped seeing my friends and I stopped doing the things I enjoyed and I was so depressed.

My weight kept increasing and I kept feeling worse and worse. I didn’t understand why he was so cruel to me, and I felt like I had no one to turn to. I was slowly losing my self-confidence, and I was so close to giving up.

But then I realized that the only person who could make me feel better was myself. I started to take care of myself and I started to do things that made me happy. I tried to focus on the positive things in my life, and I slowly began to accept myself for who I am.

I stopped worrying about what my boyfriend thought of me, and I started to love myself for who I am. I started to exercise and eat healthily, and I eventually lost the 20kg I had gained.
