WORKER STILL HAVEN’T RECEIVE SALARY FOR LAST MONTH, WANTS TO SUE THE AGENCY
Singapore Uncensored·2024-04-03 12:02
Can i sue my agent company ? Salary from August hasn’t been paid to me as per contracted.
Looking for honest and helpful opinions here. Thanks in advance!
I was hired by an agency to work for another company, but this agency hasn’t told me why my salary hasn’t been paid to me for this particular month yet,
previously the payment was on time or either by contracted said period.
For example, if you submit timesheet by end of the month, your salary will be paid by the 7th of the next month.
I have contacted my agent but he hasn’t replied me why the salary was on hold… What should i do now ? Contact again ? Im really frustrated.
Thanks for any advise!
u got money to sue? yes go ahead. no see next step
do you want your money back slow or fast? If slow, report to MOM. if fast, see next step.
go back to your place of work and sit you a– down until they pay you. say you come back next day until you get paid.

Ask r agency first and the company you working for , . By right employer shd pay salary by 7 day of the following month if Jan pay must pay by 7 Feb . However there is times when the agency n the company has some issues. The company will tell you that your salary for this month will be delayed due to some compliance issues. Your agency will let it knoe too

A source told The Sun: “Tony always loved animals and had a huge black terrier of his own. The dogs, which police seized, included his own pet and six which were owned by a friend living with Tony at the time

U want to sue. U make sure your salary can cover the cost. Otherwise, LPPL.

First talk to your agency. If they cannot give you the proper reply, call MOM for help. Do immediately sue the agency. Seek help from MOM, if MOM cannot help, consult a lawyer.
