Trish Stratus has urged people to always take notice of their body after undergoing an emergency appendectomy.

The WWE Hall of Famer has opened up to her Instagram followers after taking herself to hospital with a ‘nagging pain in [her] lower right quadrant’, and she told her fans to always ‘go to emergency’ if they’re feeling the same.
