Alexa Bliss is set to welcome her first child with husband Ryan Cabrera, a year after they got married.

The WWE icon, 31, - who started dating the singer, 40, in 2019 - confirmed her pregnancy news on Instagram, sharing a picture of their baby scan and a personalized Babygro embossed with the message, 'Best oops ever!'
