3 Aug – Wang Churan's camp has come to her defence, following multiple claims and bad rumours coming her way since her new drama, "Fireworks of My Heart" began airing.

On 31 July, her studio issued a statement to respond to several allegations, including the actress supposedly calling a netizen a "witch" for wearing an all-black outfit, acting superior during a COVID testing, stealing someone else's name as her stage name, as well as stealing the role in her said drama from another actress.
