Alan Ritchson is back to shove his boots into someone’s behind as vigilante Jack Reacher. Season 4 — an adaptation of Lee Child’s 2009 novel, Gone Tomorrow —sees Reacher embroiled in yet another conspiracy (involving a potential White House candidate) after witnessing a suicide on a subway train. You know you’re in deep doo-doo when the FBI, CIA and assorted mercenaries want a piece of your ass. The cast includes Sydelle Noel, Chris Marquette, Marc Blucas, and Indonesian singer Agnez Mo.

Women in Blue, Season 2 (Las Azules) (Apple TV, Aug 12)

The Spanish-language cop show nobody’s heard of before is back (I don’t think Apple themselves know it exists…kidding, not really). Per synopsis, Season 2 “continues the story of four women who defied the ultra-conservative norms of the time by becoming Mexico’s first female police force.” This time, María (Bárbara Mori), Ángeles (Ximena Sariñana), Gabina (Amorita Rasgado) and Valentina (Natalia Téllez) investigate the murder of a university student and uncover a deeper conspiracy.

This eight-part HBO Original from the Philippines — a remake of the French comedy Call My Agent (now on Netflix, if you want to compare notes) — follows three talent managers (Judy Ann Santos, Edu Manzano, and RK Bagatsing) as they handle the professional crises of their celebrity clients. The original show has already spawned adaptations in Germany, South Korea, and Turkey. Mediacorp, me again, let’s do a Singapore edition and name the leads… Doreen, Ivy and Ada. Can you see it?
