Dame Sarah Storey is in the midst of her 2020 Tokyo Paralympics journey and has already won gold at the sporting event.

Representing Team GB, the Paralympian will be aiming to match – or top –swimmer Mike Kenny’s record of having the most gold medals and being Britain’s most successful Paralympian of all time.
