Items sold by Cold Storage are more expensive than other Supermarkets, not unless they shipped all their supplies from Malaysia and lower their prices in order to compete with other Supermarkets then they be able to grow their business. We use to have Carrefour, Daimaru, Seiyu Carrefour, Yaohan,Oriental Emporium, where are these supermarkets now ?.

... That's b'cos Cold Storage's clientèle has been 'traditionally', fundamentally different.. They served the 'Expat' Community, a bit more 'atas'! 😘

they'll import their own villagers to work here, and don't expect cheap items, they'll price as par with the rest of the supermarkets.
