We don't expect to become a food vendor in a school canteen. The food price list is under control by the MOE and having 3 terms of school holidays in a year. As the canteen is definitely closed during the school vacation.Doubt that canteen food vendors are not making a profit, but they can still survive for a living by earning less profits.
