This Ninja couriers come and go as their wish, no early messaging of approximate delivery date nor time. Frustrated why platforms still use this lousy service for deliveries.

they follow their own sweet time to deliver within 12 hours. they won't except your set delivery time. the worst courrier in SG.

The service sting lah ...I call for my parcel customer blur and don't even give reliable answer....Go through so many layer of CS .... It really sucks delivery service.

🤣 that y they are called ninja 🥷, must do things discreet Nobody will know when they come n goes , we only can pray 🙏 for their outstanding service n make sure their service is execute on time, same as singpost, they will sing n sing until no delivery but app said it delivered
