When was the last time a devastatingly good looking person stopped you in your tracks, literally?

Xiaohongshu user Xian Xian was recently travelling along a highway in Xinjiang, China when she chanced upon a handsome young guy running a grilled meat stall by the road. 

Dubbing him “Xinjiang’s Edison Chen”, Xian Xian made a pit stop to buy food, though it was probably mainly to strike up a conversation with him.

She started off the conversation by complimenting the stall owner on his good looks. “You’re good-looking too," replied the man, who she later finds out is 23 years old and is of Uyghur ethnicity. 

When she asked for his name, he playfully replied: “My name is too long, you won’t be able to remember it.” She then asked if he has a girlfriend, and he flirtatiously answered: “It’s you."

He later steps out from behind the stall to speak to continue the conversation, or should we say flirting sesh, with Xian Xian, and momentarily giggled as he quipped: “I’m getting a little shy.”

“Am I your type?” Xian Xian asked. “Of course,” he replied. 

When she continued with “Do Uyghur people date those of different ethnicities?”, he immediately responds with: “Of course [we] do. If they are as good-looking as you, of course [I’ll date] them.”

Customer service level 100?

The young man eventually revealed his name, which in Mandarin, is A Bu Du Ha Li Ke - A Bu Du Nai Bi.

“It’s too long isn’t it?” he laughed, before asking Xian Xian to simply address him as ‘A Bu’.

Before the video ends, Xian Xian panned to another man behind the stall for a quick second before remarking: “This young guy is really handsome too.”

In her vid caption, Xian Xian also gushed: “I got to experience the charm and handsomeness of Xinjiang’s Uyghur boy up-close, and oh my gosh, this young fellow is so cute.”

While many netizens agreed with Xian Xian’s on A Bu’s good looks, others commented that he “does not look like Edison Chen at all”.

Others also said she was “very forward” in her approach towards him.

Well, at least he seemed more than willing to play along?
