Woman called cgh doctor “crazy” and tried to bite auxiliary police officer

A 54-year-old woman, Wang Xuyi, was sentenced to one-week imprisonment and a fine of $5,000 on 18 January for insulting a doctor at Changi General Hospital, as well as hitting and attempting to bite an auxiliary police officer.
Wang was found guilty of two charges of using insulting words towards a CGH doctor, with another two charges of causing hurt and trying to cause hurt to an auxiliary police officer also being contested.

Good for her for appealing her current sentence. Maybe she might get more days of stay at changi plus contribute more in fine. How can she claimed she does not know what crazy in Chinese meant after living till this age and a Chinese too

How about mandatory counseling!!! FINE 5K IS VERY HEAVY. Can we have a system where you don't need to fine and jail for minor issues. I believe you can think of some other disciplinary measures for non criminal cases !!!
