Woman seen in footage splashing hot water on Down syndrome man arrested [WATCH]
BAYAN LEPAS: A woman caught on video throwing hot water on a man with Down syndrome inside the lift of an apartment here yesterday has been arrested.
The 39-year-old woman was detained in the same neighbourhood at 9.21pm yesterday to assist police investigations into the case.
