Woman who drove off with cyclist on bonnet in Katong road rage incident pleads guilty
SINGAPORE — A woman who drove off with a cyclist clinging onto the bonnet of her car following an altercation in Katong pleaded guilty on Thursday (Feb 15).
Elaine Michele Ow, a 49-year-old Singaporean, admitted to one count of a rash act endangering the safety of cyclist Nicolette Tan Shi'en.
