Before its grand opening in Robertson Quay, participate in their giveaway here before 16 May 2025 and stand to win dine-in vouchers worth S$150.
I have to admit, the first thing I thought of upon hearing the name ‘Vincenzo’ is the K-Drama Vincenzo (worth a watch, by the way).
While he isn’t a vengeful mafia leader, Chef Vincenzo Capuano has made his mark as a distinguished world champion of contemporary pizza.

Over the past two decades, he has launched 30 global stores. What’s more, Capuano’s world-renowned contemporary Neapolitan pizza cinched the 12th spot on the 50 Top World Artisan Pizza Chains 2024.
You might be wondering, what’s so special about it?
Capuano’s pizzas feature a unique dough made from “Nuvola Super” flour.

If you’re scratching your head, you’re not alone.
“Nuvola Super” flour is a special development that produces a long-leavened and highly hydrated dough. Basically, you get a super-duper light pizza.

In fact, golden scissors are provided at every table, because Capuano encourages customers to cut through the pizza’s soft dough and observe its pronounced crust.

Say goodbye to sloppy store-bought tomato sauce because San Marzano tomatoes are hand-crushed to produce a chunky sauce.
You have to try the Provola e Pepe (S$28), the iconic pizza winner of the 19th World Championship. It features smoked provola, which is often described as “aged mozzarella” with a milder taste.

Personally, I’m most excited about the Abbraccio e Mamma (S$30), which features a pizza with ricotta-stuffed crust and meatballs.

Never tried an artichoke before? Now you can with the Come Una Capricciosa (S$30), which showcases playful toppings such as ham, champignon mushrooms, and artichoke hearts.

Other favourites include the Neapolitan-inspired Napolitudine (S$28) and the Tetti Illuminati (S$28), a cheesy pizza with crushed pistachios.

Complete your meal with a drink and choose from the wide selection of alcohol, from cocktails to beer and gin.
For those underage, opt for coffee, mocktails, or fruit juice instead. Options include the London Essence Ginger Ale (S$6) and Cranberry Juice (S$6).
Of course, we all have separate stomachs for dessert, so grab a classic TiramisuAll’amaretto (S$17) while you’re there.
