XXXTentacion’s mother said that fans of her late son traveled thousands of miles so they could pay their respects at his Florida mausoleum on the fourth anniversary of his death.

Cleopatra Bernard told TMZ that X’s family, friends, and fans all gathered at the late rapper’s South Florida mausoleum on Saturday. There was reportedly no planned event, meaning the fans all came on their own accord to pay tribute to X, who was shot and killed at 20 years old while sitting in his car in Deerfield Beach, Florida on June 18, 2018. A Pompano Beach man named Dedrick Williams has since been indicted on first-degree murder charges, and Michael Boatwright, Trayvon Newsome and Robert Allen have all been charged as co-defendants. A trial date has yet to be set.
