KUALA LUMPUR: YTL AI Labs today launched ILMU Claw, enabling Malaysian users, developers, and enterprises to build autonomous artificial intelligence (AI) agents, hosted entirely on Malaysian infrastructure through the secure YTL AI Cloud.

The YTL Power International Bhd

subsidiary said AI agents have become one of the defining technology stories of 2026.

"Momentum around agentic software has accelerated globally, with OpenClaw emerging as a breakout open-source project that has gained traction from developers to everyday users.

"By removing the need for coding or complex setup, OpenClaw has significantly lowered technical barriers for building AI agents, making it accessible to everyday users through simple, natural language prompts,” YTL AI Labs said in a statement today.

It said that building on this momentum, ILMU Claw is designed to work seamlessly with OpenClaw, enabling users to build autonomous AI agents through simple prompts without managing complex orchestration.

"Everyday users can build agents to plan trips, manage emails, and organise their day, while businesses can use them to handle customer support, streamline workflows, and automate operations,” it added. - Bernama
