KUALA LUMPUR: YTL Group has announced the appointment of Joseph Yeoh Keong Shyan as alternate director to Tan Sri Francis Yeoh Sock Ping, in his capacity as executive chairman of Pintar Projek Sdn Bhd, as well as director of YTL Hotels & Properties Sdn Bhd and YTL Land & Development Bhd.

Joseph Yeoh also serves as an alternate director to Francis Yeoh in YTL Starhill Global Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) Management Ltd in Singapore.

In a statement, YTL said it has also appointed Yeoh Pei Nee as alternate director to Datuk Yeoh Seok Kian in Starhill Global REIT Management Ltd, while Yeoh Pei Teeng and Yeoh Keong Wei have been appointed directors of YTL Land & Development Bhd. 

Meanwhile, Yeoh Pei Xien has been appointed director of YTL Hotels & Properties Sdn Bhd and alternate director to Datuk Yeoh Soo Min in Pintar Projek Sdn Bhd. - Bernama
