Yayasan Akalbudi never submit AGM, audit reports to SSM, court told
KUALA LUMPUR: The High Court here was yesterday told that Yayasan Akalbudi, founded by former deputy prime minister Datuk Seri Dr Ahmad Zahid Hamidi had never submitted its annual general meeting (AGM) and audit reports to the Malaysian Companies Commission (SSM) since its establishment in 1997.
