Canning never fail in bringing disciplines back to orders. Be it in schools or criminal offenders.

For schools normal caning will do. No need for rotan. All caning must be sanctioned n agreed by the discipline master n the school principal. Teachers are not allowed to cane students on their own as their action may it be impartial n subjective. 💩👎😲🤬😵
