As it was raining, my intention was to drop my wife off in front of NTUC Siglap.As I was about to turn into the carpark at NTUC Siglap, a car with plate number #SME2286Z was inconsiderately parked at theentrance WITHOUT the driver in the car. There were no other cars in front of him. I sounded my horn, only to find the driverstrolling out from the NTUC supermarket.I signaled to him that it was raining, was merely dropping a passenger off, and that he was blocking the entrance to the carpark. He became agitated and started to shout and gesture aggressively.A few minutes later, instead of moving forward on the one way street, the driver of #SME2268Z started to reverse. As a result, Iwas forced to reverse to the oncoming traffic behind, along Upper East Coast Road. I eventually managed to reverse, but onlyat the inconvenience of the oncoming motorists (including buses).
