LTA & TP,do the cyclists allow to ride on the without riding license,road tax,COE & insurance.They always never obey traffic rules & caused so many accidents & inconvenience caused to road users.In the end,divers have to bear all the unnecessarily medical & legals claims.Import all the licenses,COE,road tax & insurance before ride on the road same as motorcycle.

very good. no sympathy on the cyclist. I will pity the cyclist if he is colour blind.
authorities, please go to marina one, asia square, lau pa sar area to catch those knn cyclists la. every night, gteed will see them fly here fly there ignoring cars pedestrians n traffic light. if I remember correctly, already few incidents at that area where cyclists were knocked down by car. [COOL][COOL][COOL]
