Nothing new mah?
That is how they ride in their country? Moreover, SG hardly has any TP on the roads daily to catch them, so they ride like there are no traffic laws in S'pore! It is getting worse since the introduction of e-bikes in S'pore!! Smart Alec to approve it when SG roads are already so congested!
