White private car on right cut into my lane after signaling left intent. Further attempt to turn again into T4 exit(T1-T3) city but failed. Stop right infront of me resulted in me braking hard and swerve right. As a result minor scratches on her car. Pictures as shown. We resolved by 1st 500 private settlement and then to 250 (of which i had paid w/ proof). Question: by video footage which car bears responsibility? Am i been scammed by the driver?
