TP should investigate, are these NEW Citizens or PR drivers who are certainly NOT familiar with Singapore roads? Where and How did these drivers get the license to drive on our roads? Seems more and more cases of these drivers driving in the opposite direction and will cause accidents! Are the traffic laws too soft to cater to the influx of elite people??

Singapore now has no government. So can drive without road tax and against traffic . Accident just pay for repairs

Seems like this driver is a reculsitren traffic rules violator. He is likely to cause even more traffic rules violation and even caused more serious traffic casualties in his life. He should be banned from driving for life.
