12mar2025 outram road62 years old private bus driver pass on after an accident with lorryquoted A 62-year-old private bus driver died after he was involved in an accident along Outram Road towards Cantonment Road on March 12.In response to Stomp queries, the Singapore Civil Defence Force said they were alerted to the accident involving a private bus and a lorry at 11.15am. The police were alerted at 11.20am.The 62-year-old male bus driver was unconscious when he was taken to Singapore General Hospital where he subsequently passed away, a police spokesperson said.A 47-year-old passenger was conscious when conveyed to the same hospital.Police investigations are ongoing.
