"Star Awards 2023" announced the 39 artistes nominees vying for the inaugural  "Most Popular Rising Stars" award. The newly added award will be presented to three celebrities, who have been in showbiz for five years or less, who score the most votes.

《红星大奖2023》今天（6日）公布人气奖项的入围名单，除了一向备受瞩目的“10大最受欢迎男/女艺人”，新传媒今年新增另一人气投票奖项“最受欢迎潜力星”。演艺资历5年或以下的新人都有资格参赛，今年共有39位新人入围，竞赛不分男女，人气最高的3位将获颁奖座。
