This is not good, anyone missing on that terrain is presumably be dead if not found within the golden hours of rescue. Some climbers body are not found until decades later when avalanche or snow melting exposed them. Mount Everest has never shot of bodies count, even the most experienced sheppard are not spared.

These kind of issues like frostbite and altitude sickness is a great problem while climbing Mount Everest or any other mountains.
