New York socialiteLibbie Mugrabi appeared in Manhattan family court Wednesday, seeking an order of protection from her billionaire ex-husband, art collector David Mugrabi — and wearing a bulletproof vest as outerwear.
The 42-year-old claimed in court that her ex once asked a colleague for help in hiring a Russian hitman “to kill me.”
