SINGAPORE - Some 350,000 students in government and government-aided schools can tap the Edusave scheme and Ministry of Education’s Financial Assistance Scheme (MOE FAS) to fully pay their school miscellaneous fees from next year.
The current standard and second-tier miscellaneous fees will also be merged into one single fee from next year.

They should have allowed the use of edusave account for more purposes since the first time they started off with the scheme .Why so many restrictions ending up as good as nothing at all but just like our cpf which can see but cannot touch

350k students can use 2 schemes to full pay for school miscellaneous fees from 2024 . Automatic deduction will be made from Edusave to pay for new miscellaneous fee from next year according to MOE and no actions for parents.
