KUALA LUMPUR: YTL Land and Development Bhd announced its new high-rise development in Puchong with a fresh take on lakeside living, Danau Puchong.

This follows the successful launch of its Lake Edge development in the early 2000s.

The development consists of two blocks of 32-storey residential towers that enjoy a scenic lake as its backdrop.

The 1.21ha low-density development overlooks the lake and will be transformed into a vibrant lakeside community, infused with verdant surroundings and healthy lifestyle amenities to enrich the quality of life of residents.

“Danau Puchong has opened for registration exercises,” said YTL Land and Development Bhd executive director Yeoh Pei Teeng.

The project will be launched soon with indicative pricing from RM550 per sq ft.

Homebuyers can pick from a selection of 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom units with built-up areas between 566sqft and 999sqft.
