Adult film star Kagney Linn Karter — who, according to friends, struggled with mental health — died of an apparent suicide last week, according to a report. She was 36.

Karter died on Thursday in Ohio, according to online records first reviewed by TMZ. The Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner’s office received her body that day from an address in the city of Parma.
