Bargain Hunt star Charles Hanson became the victim of a 'despicable' break in after thieves broke into his auction house and stole a number of expensive items including jewellery

Bargain Hunt star Charles Hanson was left fuming after thieves broke into his auction house in Derbyshire and stole items including silver, watches and jewellery.

Police were called to the Hansons Auctioneers building in Etwall, Derbyshire, at 2.10am yesterday [April 17] after being alerted to the break in. As yet, information about what was stolen remains unknown, but the four-day auction of watches, silver and jewellery that was due to start today, has now been pushed back to early next week.
