There are a few foods we just can’t resist buying every time we go to Costco. The rotisserie chicken is a no-brainer, and we always stop at the food court for a chicken bake, hot dog, or slice of pizza. But now that it’s summer, we’ve found ourselves craving some fresher foods, and thankfully, as usual, Costco is on the same page. They’re serving a new summer salad in the deli section that’s perfect for picnics, barbecues, and last-minute lunches. Even better? Costco members‘ reviews of the new item are pretty positive.
