Motorcyclist, 18, who died in hit-and-run accident in Loyang took part in silat competitions
An 18-year-old motorcyclist died in a hit-and-run accident in Loyang on the morning of Sept 27.
In response to a Stomp query, the police and the Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) said they were alerted at about 9.20am to the accident at the junction of Loyang Avenue and Cranwell Road.
