Over 8,500 flats in October BTO launch; 7 projects under new Plus category
SINGAPORE - The Housing Board will launch 8,573 Build-To-Order (BTO) flats across 15 projects under the new Prime, Plus and Standard classification in the upcoming sales exercise next week.
Seven projects in Kallang/Whampoa, Ang Mo Kio, Bedok and Geylang will fall under the new Plus category, and there will be one Prime project in Kallang/Whampoa.
