Rental rates at that area is surely more expensive than u xpect. Even if u open 1 at Orchard Road, the fd court rental fees is not low too. To attract tourists' attention n open stall at that area, outsiders will think u are a billionaire, can cook n earn. Staying in the hotels there n hv meals in their restaurants, pocket money must b in full, not only a dollar note.
