In Singapore (my personal experience), I called to social helpline pertaining to my emotional breakdown due to work hazard. The representative of the helpline had the audacity to tell me, “there’s nothing much we can do, you need to be strong and deal with it. We’re here to only listen”. How is this helping? MSF is not doing a good job.
