’s shareholder, Digital Trustees Bhd, has requested an EGM to remove five of the company’s directors from the board and appoint three new members.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, HHRG said a written requisition was received on March 14, 2024, from Digital Trustees, who holds more than a 10% share, calling for an EGM and the removal of Datuk Paduka Ammar Shaikh Mahmood Naim, Guok Ngek Seong, Abdul Rahman Din, Chan Hon Woo and Ju Siew Lee.

Digital Trustees also proposed the appointment of Zam Azri Mohamed Zam Zamil, Dr Mazlan Ahmad and Low Xhu Hern to HHRG’s board of directors.

In a separate filing, HHRG said trading in the securities relating to HHRG was halted at 9.01am, yesterday.
