The Bachelor alum's wife shared that she suffered a second miscarriage, almost two months after the couple revealed their first pregnancy loss.

Natalie—who shares daughter River Rose, 13 months, with Nick—wrote on her Instagram Stories March 23, "While mourning the loss of our second baby at the beginning of this year, I quickly and very unexpectedly found out I was pregnant again."
