say only formally I sent that the walk way full of dead leaves and when it rain there is a pool of water make difficult for resident from BLk 767 to MRT but town council says it looks it the matter and until it was not solved. Minister who say resident first come and visit the whole area how it is clean. Not just sit behind and say resident first. The town council knows how to collect Conservancy charges only. They officers should go around and check how the engage cleaners are doing the work.
