Can i know this park build up for otters or for human? If temporary stay for otters, why no take them to the zoo! I believe in the zoo they can have professional care taker to take care of them.This park i believe is permanently for human right!

Our authorities should warn sporeans communities not to go near or feed those wild otters ! Don't think they are friendly like dogs or cats, ok ?
