Kelley Wolf is speaking out after a brush with the law.

Days after announcing her split from husband Scott Wolf, the life coach—who shares kids Jackson, 16, Miller, 12, and Lucy, 11, with the Party of Five actor—went live on Instagram June 13 as she was detained by police officers.

"Oh my God. Don't," Kelley says in the video, which features mostly a blank screen, posted to her Instagram page. "Oh my God, this is not happening. Fine, I'll go! I'll go on my own."

As she speaks, male voices can be heard responding to her over what sound like handcuffs, though nobody is visible in the footage until two police officers appear behind the 48-year-old during the last few seconds of the video.

"This is shameful, gentlemen," Kelley continues. "Look at this, look at this woman, this is shameful. Be ashamed, be ashamed of yourselves, gentlemen."

After one of the authorities inform her that she's "not going to jail," she responds by saying, "I know what I'm doing, I've done this. This is my job."

The officer then tries to clarify why the authorities were there in the first place.

"We just want to get you some help," he explains. "You made some comments to your dad and some comments to people that are concerning, and we want to make sure you're OK."

What follows is someone informing Kelley that her phone was recording, to which she says she "didn't mean to" and asks for her phone to be given to her so she can turn it off.

Before the video flashes to Kelley and the police officers, she makes an allegation about her estranged husband.

"Shame on all of you," she can be hard saying in the clip. "This is shameful.”

When reached for comment, local officials confirmed that Kelley had been taken to a hospital by authorities.

“She is not custody, transported to a local hospital for some help," Sergeant Raymond Ormond from the Utah County Sheriff's Office told E! News in a statement. “She was briefly detained while we transported from the Sundance resort to the hospital.”

E! News has reached out to Kelley and Scott’s rep for comment but has yet to hear back.

Less than two hours after posting the footage, Kelley shared an update about the "horrible" situation on her Instagram Stories.

"I have been taken against my will," she wrote over a photo of her purse, a baseball hat, a water bottle and an opened bottle of Gatorade. "Please check in on the kids."

"Also... I am happy!! Happier than I have ever been," she continued. "I have NO idea why or how this is happening in AMERICA. I am compliant, calm and respectful, and hopefully this is all sorted very quickly. In the meantime, be kind to each other. This is one of the darkest things I've ever experienced."

Kelley run-in with the police comes just three days after she first announced her split from Scott.

“It is with a heavy heart that Scott and I are moving forward with the dissolution of our marriage,” Kelley wrote on Instagram June 10. “This has been a long, quiet journey for me—rooted in hope, patience, and care for our children.”

She added, "I feel peace knowing that I’ve done everything I can to walk this path with integrity and compassion."

Kelley also praised her ex as a parent to their three children.

"Scott Wolf is one of the best fathers I’ve ever known and one of the best partners a woman could have the privilege of sharing life with,” she said. “He is kind, thoughtful, funny, and beautiful in spirit.” 

Meanwhile, the actor set the record straight with a statement of his own in which he clarified that he'd been the one to pull the plug on their marriage.

"After 21 years of marriage, I have made the most difficult decision of my life, and filed for divorce from my wife Kelley,” Scott said in a June 10 statement to People. “Our children have always been, and continue to be, the loves of our lives and our every priority, so I kindly ask for privacy at this time as we help guide them through this new chapter."
