The condo nearby is full of Indian Nationals n I have seen them in groups every evening at the playground. Have to educate them that littering in Singapore will lead to fines.What a terrible mess they have left behind...so embarrassing!

that's what happens when the government allow too many foreigners in to Singapore, as the foreigners felt Singapore is too clean a place not to strewn more litter

I’m surprised that authorities did not deploy ‘officers’ to patrol those places . Confront those who litter & get them to dispose their trash into the bins. Otherwise fine them on the spot !! I pity the cleaners who have to work extra hours in the hot / humid weather .
