1. TFX Funan (#03-21, #04-17 to 18)

The team behind True Fitness is taking your workouts to the extraordinary level with their flagship TFX fitness club at Funan. The equipment in the gym come from a range of brands specially curated according to which brand is best for the respective training and offers advanced functions to improve efficiency. Members can look forward to high-end smart equipment such as the Matrix Ultra Strength series and Life Fitness IC6 spinning bikes. Another tech highlight of the gym is its integration of Myzone, a heart-rate based system that lets you keep track of your training performance in real-time, on the various screens installed throughout the gym. All members will be given a Myzone MZ1 heart-rate monitor upon signup. We got to test it out ourselves at TFX, and it really helps to push us further and also remind us to slow down when we’re at our limit.
