Eggs Benedict Prata? Alfredo Prata? These are just some of the many weird and wacky prata inventions of Springleaf Prata House.

Prata, or paratha, is a South Asian flatbread dish that is often eaten with curry. For Guna, he has challenged boundaries of what a prata can be by combining seemingly impossible foods together. However, it wasn't always a smooth journey. When he first started out, there were people who didn't believe in him and dismissed his ideas as marketing gimmicks. Luckily for him, there were customers who supported him and now his creations have their own loyal fans.
