Alina Pop (Ruxandra Porojnicu) is set to return to Coronation Street tonight after some time away from the cobbles. Viewers will remember Alina was the centre of a modern slavery storyline, that saw her living in the back room of a nail salon after arriving in the UK through a human trafficking ring. Alina grew close to Seb Franklin (Harry Visinoni) who eventually discovered her situation and tried to help her. The people involved were arrested, and Alina left to return to her family in Romania.
